Repair labor, parts, insurance deductibles, towing, storage, rental vehicles, taxes, diagnostic work, calibration, carrier charges, and outside professional services are separate unless expressly included in writing. Concierge fees may not be covered or reimbursed by an insurance policy. Final pricing depends on vehicle type, location, repair complexity, claim status, project duration, and the number of facilities or specialists involved. No repair work or additional expense will be authorized without client approval.
