The Elite Standard
Pricing information: Concierge fees cover professional coordination, communication, transportation management, oversight, and quality verification. Repair labor, replacement parts, fluids, taxes, towing, storage, diagnostic-facility charges, and outside-vendor services are separate unless expressly included in a written proposal. Final pricing depends on vehicle year, make, model, condition, location, complexity, transportation requirements, and the number of specialists involved. No repair work begins without client authorization. Additional or concealed conditions discovered during diagnosis or disassembly will be documented and submitted for approval before further work proceeds. Pickup and return are subject to service-area availability.
